Another forum I frequent just recently did this, and although we may have done this before, let's do it again. If you want to be really brave, post your age too. Bonus points for guitar-face pics (yes Brian, I'm aiming that in your direction). I'll start:

New glasses by FrankenFretter, on Flickr

Missing the usual cigar in the mouth hole, but that's me with the new progressive-lens glasses. Yep...getting old is wonderful.
Current age, forty and six. I'll up that by one in a month or so.

Okay, your turn!

Heh, here goes...by accident I just put on my contacts, usually I wear glasses more often...cell phone snap in our kitchen 5 minutes ago:

Edit...forgot the age...41 in June; born in 1971!

AFAIK, there are no current pictures of me.

I finally figured out how to use the built-in camera and video recorder on the new Mac and so may get a picture that way.

I did do a brief video playing the Squier jazz, but my playing and the sound quality are both pretty bad.

No need, happy to oblige!

Grumpy brother by FrankenFretter, on Flickr

We'll call that one The Grinch, yeah?

Alright then, I'm in. The top two were taken today. Can't get much more recent than that. Mrs. syo and I took them in booth after lunch today. I was just sorting through my studio and came across an envelope containing pictures from a photoshoot for a bookjacket shot taken a good 15 years or so ago. That's the one on the bottom of course. Makes me want to grow my hair out again but I'm afraid after 15 years my hair quality ain't so great. Which leads me to my age. Older than any of you lot posting so far and that's as far as I'll go...:)

Wow, syo, I didn't know you used to be John Romero! But seriously folks, the last picture is the mental image I had of you for whatever reason. Did you post that one in the old thread? If you would have shown me those two pictures together at random, I don't think I would have guessed that it was the same person. You can't be any/much older than me.

And here's me. This is from last summer. It was a picture taken at my 25th high school reunion. The picture was taken with a number of my classmates, thus the hand on my shoulder. I wasn't being molested (drat). I just turned 44. Unfortunately I noticed that just about all of the pictures we took last summer are grainy. I think my wife must've had our camera set wrong. It looks like they were taken with somebody's phone.

No Reverend, I don't believe I've ever posted a picture of myself anywhere on the the interwebs before that I can remember. Though at my age maybe I forgot that I post that picture all the time...

Yeah, my wife isn't too fond of the old (younger) me. She prefers the more clean-cut old (older) me. But I think I want to try to give the long hair one more shot. Or mebbe a tattoo on my face or something. That's the ticket...:rockya

You're looking good there Rev. And Monkus, you and the Missus make a nice couple. Nice to see something of you!

You're looking good there Rev.

If I shaved my goatee I'd look about 15 years younger. But my wife likes it and I like it so it stays. My beard is quite gray but not so much with my hair. Of course, my hair is very fine so it's not as noticeable. I'm just happy I have it.

My mother-in-law asked if I ever considered coloring my goatee. The few people I've seen who have colored their facial hair look like some small mammal died on their face.

My beard is so full of white that it's heading rapidly toward being more salt than pepper. I never let my hair get long enough to see if it's happening there as well. I haven't been clean shaven for a few years now. Sometimes it's tempting, but then I'd have nothing to pull on when I'm lost in thought.

Syo, I also pictured you with long hair for some reason. I actually had a mental image of someone sort of Geddy Lee-like, circa 1995 or so. Funny how we come up with these mental images. Also surprising how young a lot of you look compared to your age. Maybe guitar/bass playing is the fountain of youth!

OK, let's see...seems that you and Mrs. Syo are about 26 by those two fotos ... which makes me a lot more than twice as old as you, so whataya talkin about here?!
