if i wire it up with twin singles will it still have the full humbucker with the push/pull pot down??

right now i have a roland micro cube but most of the time i've been playing with headphones through a line 6 pod 2.0 i have. I've been wanting to get a fender super champ xd just my present living suitation it's better with the pod or the small amp. i havent played since i was 14-15 years old...
