    I just purchased a new American standard and noticed the neck plate has a fifth hole with no screw, what is this hole for, maybe a strap button? The plate is labelled "Fender CORONA, CALIFORNIA" if that helps. Apologies if this is a simple question, I only just started playing a few weeks ago...
