    P90 Pickup question

    I have a guitar with 3 P90 pickups. It sounds OK, but the neck pickup is kind of muddy. Can I install just 1 pickup in the neck position and not the others? Will this affect tone adversely? Should I just leave it on neck pickup after installation? :thwap: :confused:
