I've caught Dokken on a fly rod. ;) the arpeggios ( someone help me with the spelling please) sound really nice near the end. Or are those the harmonics oldguy was speaking of?

Thats funny cuz I always think I hit the notes pretty well, and just have a bad sounding voice. Although I'll admit listening to that recording, theres some sour noots there. Its a song that was intended to be instrumental, and its not very easy for me to sing over it correctly sometimes.

If had my way Jipes, There'd be a different person's voice in the mix in the 1st place!

I actually kinda thoght of the razorblade line as kind of old school bluesy! 1st couple of lines of lyrics I was trying to write something deep and meaningful about mistrust in relationships and such, and upon discovering Im a vapid airhead with no deep thoughts...

Thanks sunvalley. We aint the best guitar players in the world...(DER!)...but we put alot of effort into doin more than just strumming 3 chords and taking turns soloing. Btw , you live in Idaho...do you flyfish?

My friend and I have been playing together for a while trying to do instrumental 2 guitar stuff. After 6 months and about 8 solid songs, we figured I'd sing some stuff, we'd do some covers, write a few lyrics, and start working towards actually doing something! So we've got about 10 covers...

See next thread below!!!! I chose the LTD cuz, well Im easily sold, but also I liked the lighter weight, the locking tuners and the satin finish. Also, I almost never use the tone control, so having only 1 isnt an issue for me. I like this guitar alot!

Yup the jb-4 and the um...the 59 or whatever. Also I was like whatever about the locking tuners. My other giutars stay in pretty good tune. But this one stay REALLY in tune, and holy moly, is it easy to change strings!

Oh, man Vihar, that is really excellent. Loved and I know some other folks who will too. superb job.

Id decided a couple months ago I was going to get a good, higher quality solid body guitar. As much as I like my Agile hollowbody and Washburn HB, now that Im actually starting to play here and there I got concerned about reliability and feedback. I figured I'd just get a LP Studio, can't go...
