I have a crate vintage club it has a single 12 inch speaker marked 8 ohms. all the speakers in the carvin say 8 ohms. if i wire the Crate into the carvin will it work?

I have had this old hollow body forever. I would like to wire it up Its an old japanese guitar. Idk what Id need. what do you think>???
