Yeah BLS is a big influence of the main song writer. The CDthat these tracks came from was done about 2 years ago or a little longer. I've heard some newer material that hasn't been recorded yet. It's the same genre but a little more varied in style.
Welcome, Dan. I just listened to the first two tracks on your progressive link. I'm blown away! Great stuff man..are you sure you aren't Satch? LOL
I'm going back to hear the rest. Love your guitar tones and playing.
I have a friend in the band. They are out of Illinois and are touring:Illinois,Wisconsin,Missouri,Oklahoma, and Texas. They seem to be building quite a fan base and I would like to see them make it. Check out Redneck Remedy and tell me what you think.:dude
I was without an ISP for a couple of months. When I got back online I had forgotten my password to log in. After trying to do a password reset I realized I no longer had the email address I registered with because of the ISP change. So this made it hard to do the password reset. After being gone...
:what I can't believe this thread. I can respect that people like different things, have different favorites in style and players. Some of these comments though, I just can't believe. I am a fan of both Jimmy V and SRV. But if any comparison was made SRV could play circles around his brother...
Yeah I used the Beiber body part armor and broke off arms to beat him with. I scored the same 30 Beibers as you but I fed more weasels. Therefore my Beiber to weasel ratio wasn't as good and that means pound for pound you are badder than me.
I'm going to train for my next bout with the beibers...
Eric, I can totally relate to this situation. I was with a company for nearly nine years when a buy out and downsizing happened. While your loyalty is a very admirable quality I have to invoke the "nice guys finish last" cliche here.. I can't know your specific companies amount of loyalty to you...
I can see using them to get a really fat and dark jazz sound. I would use them for that. If I had a dedicated hollowbody for getting that sound and had plenty of other guitars to cover everything else it would be a cool option. That would be my only use for them. Other than that I hate...
OMG this is funny stuff. I think I've seen guitars like this on ebay before. That's what you call a RAT O CASTER! Those in the traditional hotrod scene will know what that means....
There is some great advice here already. I am going to add to it with my simple view of the situation. It really helped me move past this point in my playing when I got stuck in that part of the skill developement.
Using any of the standard shuffle paterns using the 1,4,and 5 chords in the...
The facebook solution is brilliant. I have a facebook page but have never done anything with it. I just opened it so I could use certain features that are connected to it. I built a myspace page along time ago too. I haven't updated it in like 2 years though. I never really got into that kind...
That turned out great Kiteman. I was thinking in the beginning that the guitar looked good as it was and you should have left it that way. Seeing the finished pics now though I think it turned out beautiful. Looks like it has more depth and the color is so much warmer. Nice job, man!
You are...
