Which driver are you using? I've had good results with the ASIO4all driver to eliminate or reduce latency.

A couple of relatively new bands I've been listening to are The Randy Rogers Band and The Band of Heathens. Both are Texas Country/Americana.

Are you sure it's not a string or strings readjusting tension as a result of binding in the nut or saddles after bends?

For me it's about trying to find that tone I hear in my head. With relatively little experience on six string, I haven't gotten enough gear time to know what will give me which tone. So it's try this and try that until I get more knowledge under my belt.

Good point, deeaa. After listening to it a bit, I agree that section does sound a tad average. I'll stick it in the back of my mind to percolate and see if anything bubbles up. :)
