Basically, I have had this guitar for 30 years...and it is showing. Looking for a repair/restore place that does outstanding work, if I decide to give this guitar a 30 yr. birthday present. I just want great 'back to stock' lacquer or clear coat, with some tiny, tiny finish repairs. I won't...

I just bought a Marshall 2/12" for $250 today, so I'll go with that for now. I would love to have a serious Bass setup that can simulate a 4.0 on the Richter scale, though. Next purchase, perhaps.

Hey kids. So, currently, I have just four instruments. The best is a Westbury Custom electric, tobacco sunburst, that I bought new in 1982. It is an incredible axe, no question. Very few LP's hold a candle to it, IMO. More on that later. I also have a Westbury take 4 Bass that I got a few years...

But really, a pretty mediocre player. Hoping to change that in my forties! Jut stopping in to squawk.
