Have you considered a blender pot? That'll give you the bridge, & neck selection with the 5 way switch in the 2 or 4 position just by turning it counter clockwise.

I've had my valve senior combo for a couple of months. Got it from "The Friend", I didn't know they were hard to find.

I agree fully, but here's a thought, technically Epi and Squire are not copies, because of their parent companies. At least that's what I tell myself. Believe it or not, at one time (a few decades ago, give or take) this topic wasn't even an issue. How the times have changed!

Hmmm...$300. Well, if I had to get an amp as well, I'd get one of those Guitar/amp pack things for about $275 or something. Otherwise, I'd get a Squire Standard Strat or Tele for about $249, since I'm a Fender type of guy.

You're not alone! I'm brand new also. Just became "official" today, so I'll start by saying hello to all! Glad to be amongst those in the know when it comes to guitars.
