Wonder how easy it would be to rewire the center switch position on the DNP Tele to select the bridge and neck pups instead of the middle pickup? Seems odd that Fender didn't wire that way since it's the way "normal" Teles work.... Otherwise, it's nothing more than a "TexMex Strat with a Tele...

Amen brother. FWIW, I've seen some fine attention to detail from the mexicans in Ensenada. Maybe they take more pride in their work than the mexicans in Corona?!? At any rate, the MIM guitars are "better" than the CBS Fenders I used to own for whatever that's worth.... Viva le Mexico! (?!?)...

Unless you want it strictly for practice (or play really quiet gigs or use a line out) I bet you won't be happy with 50 watts for long. Bass is hard to power cleanly. Maybe you don't need an SVT Ampeg yet, but I'd try for at least 100 watts..... Really! Dennis

Yeah a few. Squire Strat (daughter's) and Squire '51 (for slide only), '75 Jazz bass, Gibson 5 string banjo, "No name" mandolin, Morrison 3&3 10 string pedal steel, Sigma DM-19 acoustic guitar....... I sold most of my gear when I got that "real" job....lol Dennis
