    Yeah that is my favorite setting on my AD120VT I use the compressor to give it a little more drive. But I am a Compressor Geek. Love the sound of a compressed guitar.

    Don't forget with the vox foot switch you can choose 1, 2 or manual and that will give you 3 settings. Good Luck

    Being doing some checking and the problem seems to be a microphonic tube. Going to change the tubes to Groove Tubes 12AX7-C.

    Do most of you or anyone have a problem when hitting the g or b string right after you get a ringing tone. I have an Ibanez ARX300CRS with a Seymour Duncan SH-1 59 pickup. I have lowered the pickup considerbaly but still get the ring on those strings. Thanks

    I have this amp but when I play my Ibanez Artist with Seymour Duncan Lil 59 or my strat on the g and b string I get a fairley loud ringing tone after I hit the string.. I have lowered the pickup and in the amp went straight into the effects return to just use the power amp and still get the...

    Vox AD Series

    To experiment I took my back of and to the wire from the speaker to a speaker jack and plugged my 4x12 cab with Celestion super 65s. WOW is all I can say. I am going to put a switch in it to be able to use the internal speaker or switch to be able to use an extension cab.

    Question about lineout on AD series amps

    The line out is before the tube reactor section so you lose the tube part of the sound. If you like the sound I would mike it.
