How many tones do you actually use?

I basically start w/ a clean sound that has either amp reverb or some delay if the amp is verbless. Lots of times there will be some added dirt just to give the sound a little more bite but not enough to mess w/ any harmonies. After that basic sound I have lots of "Pixie Dust" that I can use if...

TINY 1/2 watt tube head...this is crazy.

They are very cool little amps. If they were only less expensive I'd get one in a heartbeat! =-) PJ

    E-bow.

How much do these puppies run these days? I had one about 20 yrs. ago. It came w/ an instructional cassette if I remember correctly. =-) PJ

How often do you use fuzz?

I use light overdrive or clean most of the time but definitely like fuzz every once in a while. I use it enough to keep one plugged into my board whereas some other effects (phaser comes to mind) come and go as needed. =-) PJ

    Fulldrive 2

    Mosfet or non?

    Tele - Ugly or Beautiful?

I think Teles are very cool looking but I have 2 Parker Niteflys so what do I know about good looks?! =-) PJ

    Why i hate guitar shops

That would be a great tee shirt!! I would wear it! The thing I hate the most about most big guitar shops is that kids are playing badly loudly. =-) PJ

Do you use a tuner or tune by ear

I do the both thing too. I usually just tune the guitar to itself if I'm home and messing around. I will use the tuner if I'm playing w/ others or restringing the guitar. =-) PJ

    Joe Diorio Creative Jazz Guitar

Joe is a monster. I have a cd w/ him and Mick Goodrick that is fantastic. I'd like to check out his video sometime. Thanks, =-) PJ

    fulltone fat boost one

I think that is part of Fuller's marketing genius, keep "improving" your product so people will want to buy the "newest and the best" version. I don't want to do that w/ my computer. I am positive I don't want to do that w/ my pedals! =-) PJ

    Subdecay Stupid Box

I just got one on Saturday. Does a nice job for smooth distortion w/ lots of bells and whistles if you open her up and mess w/ the mini pots inside. Subdecay makes great stuff in the U.S.A. for reasonable prices! =-) PJ

    NPD - Subdecay Orange Sunshine

It is just the Liquid Sunshine. I have anonther orange pedal that actually has orange in the name so I guess I got a bit confused. Great pedal no matter what you call it! =-) PJ

    NPD - Subdecay Orange Sunshine

Howdy, I got one of these a few days ago after becoming interested seeing videos on the net. It is a great pedal for light overdrive and stacks up really well in front of my Tonebone Classic and Frantone Peachfuzz. It is extremely versatile and can be used as a boost, treble boost or overdrive...

    Good top boost pedals?

If you mean like a Vox amp then the Tech21 Liverpool is a great pedal for those kinds of tones. If you mean a treble booster then it probably is not. =-) PJ

    Subdecay Liquid Sunshine?

Anyone own one of these? They seem interesting. Thanks, =-) PJ

    Avatar Cabs

I have a Celestion Blue in my Avatar Cube and totally dig it. I have a V30 in another cab and they compliment each other really well. Avatar makes good stuff for the money and I found them very helpful to deal with on the phone. =-) PJ

    Volume pedals

I have had great luck w/ a Morley volume pedal. They are optical so they don't have pots that eventually get scratchy or fail. =-) PJ

    Groovetube FatFinger

You can even use a capo for this. =-) PJ

    Recommend some speakers?

I have had great luck w/ a v-30 and blue in combination. Might be something else to consider. =-) PJ
