Burton pretty much did originate it yes and Albert Lee took it to the next level............but it was Waylon Jennings that REALLY made it famous. And by the way.............Brooks & Dunn's "Play Something Country" is about as far away from real country as it gets!

I've always used a Volume Pedal to get swells and for steel licks. I either use an Edwards 120, or the internal pedal in my Vox Yonelab SE.

I'm a fan of the guy's in the band, and I also like Chickenfoot. I hope the rest of the new album sounds as good as the debut single.
