CCAA cross country running nationals is happening next week. Our school is taking 5 women and 5 men to race. We are ranked between 10th and 15th in the country.

We run at Seneca College King Campus on Saturday at 12. Come watch!

Cool! My middle two children run cross country too. Unfortunately they inherited their father's lack of speed and/or stamina.
