I am very happy with my modest and basic board. My son calls it the Grampaboard. Tuner on the right, a vintage TS9 next, Fairfield Barbershop OD (first discovered on the Fret!) and a Valeton GP-5 multi-FX, which I use to change up amph sounds. A Tweed model is my favourite for one PRS, while the other seems to shine most using a Super model.
I find some analog effects seem to mitigate the digital amph sounds. Not so the audience knows or cares, but because I can tell the difference.

VERY nice! So compact.

I have a slightly similar setup. I purposely scaled my board down to bare minimum.

I could just have the Pod Express and Sonic Cake footswitch but this works for all the sounds I need. Sometimes I don't use the Pod by use my amp so the other effects come in handy for me.

I got rid of some guitars, amps, effects and other things I no longer use and it feels pretty good scaling down.

Very nice board. I looked at the pod but opted for the GP-5 mostly based on cost . I really only need reverb and get that from the amp models. That and two modest drive pedals and I’m set. And with its own little case the board straps on my back along with a guitar, kit bag and amp, it’s a single carry so I don’t need multiple runs. Small is beautiful

I would have LOVED to have had all these toys I've been playing with for the last 20 odd years back in the 80s when I started playing. Oh the options for gigging!!! I dragged around unholy amounts of gear and prolly caused all the back issues I have today. :)
