I recently bought a used casino and the s/n begins with 0909, and has no letters in it. So I'm guessing it was made in September, 2009. Since it has no identifying letters, am I to assume that Epi has returned to making Casinos in Japan?

I recently bought a used Cherry Red Casino and the s/n 09091521321 with no prefixing of letters. According to wikipedia this means it was made in Japan, September 2009. I didn't think Epi made Casinos in Japan anymore. Can anyone help clarify this for me? Thanks Guys, April
