Ouch Barnstormer thats a shame ...those old 6G6 Bassmans are an amazing guitar amp and very valuable , heres my advice , get yourself a new tranny from Mercury get a Tone Clone model ..put your old tranny in a box and put it away , if you ever sell your Bassman the new owner will have the option...
