LOL!! Yeah well, they stopped teaching latin at my Catholic high school before I got there. I was really going for morphing the saying of Seize the Day (Dead Poet's Society) to Seize the ski day, or something like that. Good idea though.

Our Christmas Eve tradition is an elegant, but low key dinner. Cooking is another serious hobby of mine and I'm going to indulge my culinary side tomorrow evening:

Appetizers:

Baked Stuffed Clams on the Half Shell

Gyoza

........with a great Chardonnay

Main course:

Garlic Stuffed, Horseradish Crusted Prime Rib

Pan Roasted Baby New Potatoes

Sauteed Cabbage with Bacon

Garlic and Parmesan Romaine Salad

.......with a great Cabernet and Zinfandel


Dessert:

Three Chocolate, Three Layer Cake

I'm pumped to start cooking!
