Ampeg SS-35

Dear all, just a humble question. Has anyone heard of the Ampeg SS-35? I own one but have not been able to get much info on it anywhere. Its a bit on the dark side and I'm used to Fender amps so am considering whether its worth upgrading (changing speakers) or just buy another amp. Hope some of you have come across this amp.

I'd probably sink my money into something really cool. Those old solid state amps aren't really that cool.
