Good grief lad, get some FRESH air. They do have FRESH AIR in merry old England, don't they??? I sit at a computer ALL day for my job. I love being able to take a walk at lunch to clear my head and get FRESH air. And then when I get home, it's off to the gym to burn off the day's work and worries.
