Another Competition!

Hey folks,

Don't panic, this time no one has to vote for good ol' Jimi

I took part in a competition started by one of Germany's most popular bands at the time called "Ich & Ich" (I and I). This time I entered the DJ Battlefield -guitars against beats :bravo:

They put up all tracks of one of their hit "Stark" (strong) for download and asked to remix it. Everybody thinks of remixing that it is beats and so on, what 99% of the participants did so far. I have only taken the vocals and made a complete new song which takes the piece out of its "lethargy" right into the fields of heavy guitars

The bands decides who will win (1500€) and I hope they like my approach.

Let me know what you think...the song is about a guy who completely lost controle and he tells that everybody always thought that he knows the way and is strong and that he has always had a solution at hand, but this time he's down.

Completely different vibe, Jimi... I dig it. I like it better than the original version, which was kind of bland.

I hope you win the competition. Do we get a chance to vote????
