Has anyone tried these out? I need to replace some saddles and these look like a good idea. Also have been considering titanium saddles,as I have heard they sound great. Any input guys?

I installed one on my boss's tele the other day. I could hear the difference with the guitar unplugged.

The way the bridge and saddles fit flush against each other is much more efficient than standard Fender saddles with 2 height adjustment screws as the only contact points.
Once you get the individual string height, you lock the saddle with an allen screw.
After you set the intonation, you lock the saddle to the bridge with another allen screw.


It definitely sounds "tighter" or "stronger" than before. More "efficient"....

I've been GASing over a modified MiM Tele on ebay that has 'em. (plus DiMarzio bridge and SD mini HB neck, plus Schaller locking tuners and strap locks, $750) :drool:

Looks like a nice idea but man that's a lot for just saddles...I tend to play even less for entire guitars sometimes

It's the whole bridge + saddles.

Hm, yeah I just looked at saddles...seems a saddle set runs circa 130 but the entire trem only 160 or so. I might be very interested if I wasn't entirely happy with my existing ones...on the Squire I like the bridge's slight flimsiness as I believe that's largely what gives the axe a very 'spanky' and lively tone, and the other regular strat bridge I have is much darker and more sustainy; if anything I'd rather replace that with a flimsier system to get some of the same spank, but then again it's nice they have a different spirit.

But I'll definitely make a mental note of that, for the next time I want to put together a really classic style partscaster...they look extremely sturdy and technically pleasing. Or if I come accross one on sale I just might try one.
