Bad noise from a Fender Twin Reissue

I just recently acquired a Fender Twin reissue which sounds absolutely awesome as it should, My problem is if I dont have the foot pedal plugged in it makes some absolutely hellacious noises that cannot be shut down with volume control, Can anyone help as I dont have a clue

Might try unplugging the reverb tank. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any idea.
