binding too tall

does anyone know how to cut bindibg that is too tall- i need to cut off approx 1/32 and cant get binding to stop moving?

If the binding is already afixed to the body you use a razor knife to scrape the excess off.

Yea if it is already attached a dremel/similiar tool might work also,if ya have one a preferred variable speed model is handy!!
