I decided to record something simple and spontaneous with my new Ibanez Jet King, turned out to be a blues: Blues

Forgive the clams. :)

It looks like a humbucker guitar, but it can sound like a Strat or even a Tele, thanks to the coil split switches.

Dude, your tone and playing on this are great. Lovely tone, tasteful. That guitar is a GAS inducer. Sound on this track is all your own, but it reminds me a bit of the tone and feel Mark Knopfler uses. (That's intended as a compliment!)

Love the Ibby Jet King and love your playing on this track dude. That was very enjoyable! Post more please  :bravo:

Thanks for the comments and compliments! Glad you all liked it.

Helliott, great ears! Knopfler is one of my biggest influences. He's the reason I stopped using picks. :)

I love this guitar, the build, the frets, the whole thing oozes quality. No wonder it's no longer produced in this exact form (JTK2)... if anything, I like Hungary for being behind a bit, cause I could still get a new one.

Thanks again!

Nice! I love hearing your clips. I tried one of these guitars when I was first guitar shopping, and thought it was really nice as well. I ended up going with a more traditional strat to start, would really look at one of these if I ran across one again. The one at the local store has since sold. Cool retro look to it I think.

Thanks, sunvalleylaw! Yes, nothing can beat a good strat, but I fell in love with this weirdo little guitar. :)
