Can anyone ID this Acoustic Guitar?

So I went to see my Dad in Texas, he's an Antique Dealer, and he had this guitar in his shop he gave me. I thought it'd be fun to fix it up and let the kids bang on it. Anyone know the brand or anything? The label on the inside looks like it has had 3 labels affixed to it.

I've cleaned it up and it looks a lot better. I bought new tuning keys, and I got the wrong ones. Anyone need some for a classical guitar? I first blamed the guy at Straight Music in Austin who didn't seem much help, but then I realized that as someone asking about repair parts, they probably assumed I know more than I do. Now I'm back in Kansas with the wrong parts.

To clean the guitar I used GoJo hand cleaner. It's what my dad uses on his antique furniture. NOT the kind with pumice! Worked real well, just hope it's OK on the fretboard. I found a few serious dings on the bottom after cleaning it.

Oh, and the one string was in tune!

Looks like an old Kay guitar.

Not old as in "vintage", just old as in....old.

The 1st thing I thought when I looked at the 1st photo was that it was an old Kay.

THEN in the photos that followed it looks like parts of the letters "K", "A", and "Y" on the pieces of the label.

I think you have an old Kay guitar.

From the MIK sticker, perhaps an early-mid 70's Kay made by Teisco/Del Rey after the original Chicago company went belly-up at the end of the 60's.
