Chicken Saltimbocca Sandwiches

I just cooked & served these for lunch for my wife, my son, & myself.

Open faced grilled sandwich on crusty semolina bread with:

Garlic aioli
Fresh basil
Prosciutto di Parma
Seasoned, floured, & sauteed chicken breast
Fresh tomatoes
Provolone cheese

Yummmmm!
