You can definitely tell this is half of a Van Halen combination.

Well, I was planning on picking up this album when it came out anyway. Those tracks just solidify it for me. The vocals definitely carry that VH/Montrose vibe as you mentioned Kazz, but there's no confusing Eddie and Satch, that's for sure. I wonder what the ETA is on the album?

Thanks for the link. I like the tunes, always liked Hagar. Satch is good in my book too, and as Matt said, you won't mistake him for EVH.

Satch has always left me cold. I don't know why. His playing on those songs is much more rock n' roll than his usual stuff. I like. Of course, they had me at "vocals: Sammy Hagar".
