Hello folks,

I have been having a battle with windows installing updates and somehow messing around with the computer even though I have put check marks saying not to do it.

I seem to have lost my ability to view the still images of the video links that are being posted on the fret. Not seeing the link either. I believe that this is a fast fix and could use any help offerec.

Check the multimedia settings in your browser under tools, settings, or preferences.

install mozilla firefox (if you haven't already, and get all up grades.
