Yeah, the price is back up. That's a cool looking cab and it appears that you can remove part of the back. It looks to be much smaller than my JCA12S. I wonder if that's the same speaker. I wonder why (even at $149) it is $50 cheaper than the JCA12S. Hmm.

Apparently it is the same speaker, according to their website. The JCA12S 20″Hx21″Wx11″D and 26 lbs. The JCA12XS is 19.6″Hx19.6″Wx6.9″D and 18 lbs. The problem here is that if you have a JCA20H head, you won't be able to put it on top of the JCA12XS. The head is 9 inches deep (yeah, I know, "That's what she said"). I wouldn't feel comfortable with that. Should work well with a Pico Valve though.
