ok i know what your thinking "black label society is all just serious crazy shredding" but for beginners watch this video its not zack wylde(thank god hed just play something so fast you would barely know what to do) but its nick catanese its some really good warmups to play i know now i can go through the scales and not mess up but get it accurate

Cool! I'm not much of a shredder but I've always liked Zack Wylde's playing a lot. Love the way he throws in all the pinch harmonics! I try to do that when I'm in my "metal mode" but I don't have the control that he does at doing them. He really has that technique mastered.
