crack sound in guitar recording

I recorded some electric guitar songs to PC at Wave format. Then I found it sounds 'crack' at certain points(high frequency?) and even I minimized the volume and changed another headphone, the crack sound still exist there. It seems it corrupted at the points. Pls advise. Thanks.

Could you please be more specific? Did you rip a CD or record your guitar? Is it a digital distorsion, or does the sound pause or break up?
