I have a GCB-95 Original Crybaby Wah that works fine, but won't stay up if I want to leave it in place.

Is it the pot that's worn out? The gear? Or the rack?

If it is the pot do I replace it with the same one, or can I use the Hot Potz?

If so, what effect will it have on the sound?

Are there other pots/gears that I can play around with?

I'm really only looking to (and am competent enough to perform) the switching out of the pot. I'm not looking to do any true bypass mods, cap swaps, blah, blah, blah, because I will pooch the pedal royally.

Any places online that you order from?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
