I think that if that were in my home, the kid would love it, and the dogs would hate it. I think after a couple days of that thing, the batteries might "mysteriously" disappear. But that's just me...

Frankenfretter is correct, you have a lovely child. I have never had children but still I can easily imagine how from the moment they are born, your life has changed completely and forever. It must be a trip, each day a new adventure
