I would bet it is.

I have several guitars I've bought (albeit most of them used) for around $100 US, and all are playable. None are Deans, though.

I have one of the EVO XM models and it plays much better than the price suggests...

Dean seems to have some pretty nice looking stuff. The Soltero looks absolutely gorgeous :drool: .....too bad it's WAAAYYYY out of my price range
