Found a new pick I really like - Primetone picks by Dunlop. You know how picky I am about picks, and right now my current pick for picking a pick for guitar picking is the Primetone pick! :D

It's really fat and round edges. Just how I like 'em.

I haven't received my Brossard picks yet, but I'll throw an update this way about them too after I've tested them.

How are the edges Robert... Do they need a bit of sanding to make optimum?

I tried the 'Big Stubby' recently (Yes I know I'me setting myself up here), but I found it a bit bright due to its hard plastic composition. I really like the feel of the Tortex Standard pics. Maybe this is a good excuse to pop over to the local music shop today and have a look around.

i might have to try them....i use the big stubby pics....the red ones and like them....these might be a nice compliment to those....

My issue with more "ergonomic" picks is that they are designed for people with fingertips. Since I don't have one on my index finger anymore, they actually become more uncomfortable to use. One of these days I'm going to have to try out a fistful, but I haven't felt an overwhelming need to ditch the generic Fender mediums.

Geez Louise David ! That is most disturbing ! WTF ? Who is that ?
I'm gonna have freaking nightmares man !

Those look cool Robert but probably a *itch to find when one gets dropped on a dark stage. I definitely want to try one.

Robert, what happened to your V-picks? I thought you really liked them.

I've been playing Dunlop red Jazz IIIs for the last 10 years or so and I'm happy with them. I like that they are stiff and my control over them are better than more flexible picks. I wanted to try V-picks but just hadn't gotten around to it.

Strum, I'm having a new pick developed especially for me, made out of a real quality diamond. Screw the Suhr and Marshall, let's spend it all on that one pick.

Alright Robert, the amp and guitar are overrated, it's the pick that makes up all of the tone. Save some money and get an air guitar when that diamond pick arrives.
