I'm still deciding on which mix I want to call "final" but here's a track I did based on an improv that I captured while jamming and really liked. I doubled the guitar and nudged one track slightly forward, adding to ethereal spaciousness (not sure if I want to keep that).

Recorded with my JV Strat, Classic 30 mic'd to my Zoom MRS-8, and then finalized in Cubase.

Here's the link:

Real nice track Steve , love the spaciousness, and dig the Gilmourish tone and verb...another one gone to the ipod .. thanks ..6S9L

I dig the doubled guitars as well Steve.

Very nice...so what does Enchatalude mean?

I was thinking enchiladas laced with qualude. :D

Sorry about that Stingx..a typo too many libations .. great title too Enchatalude ..yeah what does it reefer to , I mean refer to..6s9l

You guys crack me up! qualudes and reefers....

stingx that sounds great I too love the spaciousness. Very tasteful, nice playing and nicely put together. The Strat and Classic sound great!

Thanks guys. Enchantalude is a combo of enchanted and interlude. Van Morrison isn't the only one who's allowed to coin words - i.e. fantabulous. :)

Thanks again for the comments.

Yeah & my typo followed 69's. :D

Stinger, that was fanfriknawsome, (there, I made a word too). Loved the whole thing front to back. Excellent job done !

Loved it Pete! I always like hearing your JV into your C-30. Very inspirational for me. I need to learn more about working just my amph and not relying on pedals so much. But all in time. Nice to hear your efforts here.

This sounds tremendous. I love it when the doubling of the guitars gets "off" just a bit, it sounds cool! Very nice tune Pete.
