Epi LP Ultra revamp

I've been kicking this around for quite awhile and
finally got the thing squared away..? Changed out
the creme accents for black.

Yes sir, I changed the creme accents out for black.
I like the black a whole lot more... .02
Put the gold covers on too since the rest
of the hardware is gold.

I've thought about changing the knobs on mine, but hadn't really considered all the other stuff. Are the pickups black under the gold covers? I may just take my covers off and see what that looks like.

Looks great. I don't know why but many LP's including Gibs have very light almost white pickguards and rings when they are supposed to be creme. I like creme to be creme.
The black looks very nice.

Well sir, I'll probly start a forest fire here... They're actually the
Rockfield SWC zebras. I just went with the gold covers to kinda'
follow suit..? In all reality, I'll probly go with some PAF pros in it
and jump the Rockfields over to my Birdseye. I dunno...

Yes sir, I feel just that way too. It honestly made this look a little
"weak" if that makes sense..? Seemed like there just wasn't enough
contrast. It really is a cool guitar. Super light and a ton of reso...
