Actually it's "Fender Special Run." Basically it's a Sam Ash-only thing.

Many of the large retailers will strike a deal with Fender, and market an FSR. GC does it as does Sam Ash and Musicians Choice.
I have seen Strats, Teles and some Basses as well.
