FS: Joshua Dreadnought - Spruce top (EDIT: now $175)

I am putting up for sale my first guitar, a Joshua Dread. Joshuas were built in northern CA during the 90s into the 00's. Mine is a late model, probably built in the early 00's when I got it. Spruce top, laminate back and side in rosewood color. Has a nice dreadnought sound, very low action, and is in overall very good shape. One very small ding in the lowerbody, about pin head sized. Strung with Martin lights and I will put a fresh set on for the new owner. Would be great for a back up, a camping/campfire guitar, or for getting started in acoustic guitar.

Comes with MF Classic Style Arch topped hard case with the green velvet. Good case that I got a year or two ago.

Looking for $200.00 plus shipping. EDIT: Now will take any offer $175 or over.

PM me if you are interested.

Solid top or laminate? Is there a model number?

No model number that I know or can find on it. I think it is a solid top, but it may have one lamination. It is hard to tell. (EDIT: I looked at it again, and it looks solid to me. See pics below) Not much info on these guitars. That that I found was at Harmony Central.
