I don't think any attorney could possibly be offended by those. I'd wager we've all seen them many many times before, I know I have.

I would be more than willing to bet that they're all merely urban/internet myths though. Citing to a book with no author listed is not a good sign. I couldn't find any reference to the title "Disorder in the American Courts" (aside from similar listings of these same colloquies), although there are apparently two different books both called "Disorder in the Court." Which are these quotes from, I wonder. Maybe neither.

In short, funny. But very possibly never happened.
