Has anyone tried any of the GFS P Bass Pro Plus Overwound pups?
I just got a set for my p bass I'm hot rodding. It is gloss black with dark rosewood fretboard and a new Fender gloss black pickguard with the white pinstripe sandwitched in between the black layers. It looks really cool and I will post some pictures when I'm done.
As soon as I can I'm putting in the GFS pickups and would guess that the tone and overall sound is going to be superior to the stock affinity pups.
Maybe this should be in the bass forum but it's for pickups so why not here?
I'm really looking forward to this hot bass that I picked up inexpensively used in great shape.
