Grand Prix Guitars

I guess they are out of buisness -My mother n law found a Grand Prix Electric guitar looks like a B c Rich Warlock-at the Flea market for me-its all banged up but fixable-Does anyone know where i could find some info on this guitar?I googled it but not much there.
