Had some fun in Red Lodge

My band, Phat Bone, went to Red Lodge Montana this weekend and played for two nights. It was Winter Carnival and it was packed (seriously packed) in town. Total debauchery Saturday night left the bar trashed. I'm glad I didn't have to clean it up.

It was 1,000 miles of driving and I didn't get much sleep so I'll post more after I've had some sleepy time.

I took this one just for you guys.

This was the mildest stuff that happened on the bar top.

Most of the non-mild stuff happened while I was mid song and I couldn't get a photo. Many times the bartender got up on the bar and walked around pouring booze down people's throats if they tipped their heads back. The place is just insane. He got the crowd into a frenzy every so often by tossing out some promotional t-shirts and hats...along with the free booze.

The picture you see of the crowd is just about 1/3 of the bar. Behind them is the billiard area and rest rooms then further back is the other half of the bar with the entrance on Main Street. It was wall to wall people in that half as well. It was almost impossible during breaks to walk from one end of the bar to the other.
