Just saw this on TGP:

Dana Hall (UR12) is a great guy and a great builder as well. I know of him from the sewatt.com BBS. His brother Ritchie is a well-known tech and was one of the first few guys to resurrect the 18W Marshall amps along with Graydon Stucky.
That little amp uses the sub-mini military tubes and has the VVR built in, which is electronic power scaling.
There are few clips posted in the thread as well.
