Happy Birthday, Street, and many more. In honor of your birthday, I think I'll go to St. Joe, MO tonight and see Joe Bonamassa. :)

A big thanks to all of you! Oldguy enjoy that show for me, I have our son and daughter in law on their way now and hope to do somethings with them. My son knows that I'm in the GAS mode again and we have been talking about a new purchase. So who knows, I'm looking at another acoustic-electric and just haven't decided on which one I crave the most.
I hope I have become smarter in the last year but my wife will argue that point with anyone. Thanks again and everyone have a great day and weekend in my honor will you.  :dude: :dude: :rotflmao:

Had a great time, the son and I got out and did some target practice with the pistols and 22rifles(shot crab apples off the top of cans) then we took the wifes out for a nature walk at the state park. Not sure what today holds.
Thanks again to all.

HBD street. I'll twang a G string for ya. :)

ah, that's better. :rotflmao:

Now what about that new policy I thought we discussed for a free Fret Thong on your born naked day? ;) and the corresponding requirement that the birthday person has to wear it at their next public gathering. :D

Me in a Fret Thong? NO I'm sorry but that just won't be possible. Now a t-shirt yes and maybe a cool hat.

You can do it. There's nothing there that says you can't wear a pant over it. ;)

That sounds wonderful, street music. Glad to hear you had a good one. Hope today is the same or better. I did what I said I was going to, and I did indeed think of your b-day while I was there.

Congrats Street! Tell me more about the model please! I still am on a long term quest for a new acoustic, and really like the Takamine line. I just won't buy an acoustic online, and there are no dealers I am aware of around here. Jimi75's Takamine looked particularly interesting.

I am not sure it was this one, but kinda like it: http://www.samedaymusic.com/product--TAKEG363SC

Street,

Sorry I missed the bash - hope you had a good one.

Strum , I sure missed those beer girls.
Sun , the model that Jimi has if it is the one you posted is the G-series that I traded in on this one. The G-series is a great intro to the Takamine line but unlike this pro series model in the EF series -the G doesn't have tusq or bone it has plastic and the pickup is not as high a quailty as the pro- series. The price difference is worth the change.

Thanks again to all.
