Happy new guitar day to me!! Now with pics

Well, not really today, but the deal is done, and I should be picking it up at the weekend.

Its a rather-well-used RG470, but has just had a fret dressing and a setup. Its a made in Japan one :) No pickguard, V7/8 and S7 pickups, Lo-TRS trem, purple. Paintwork is a bit dodgy, but that can be remedied no problem.

I cant wait :D :D

Cost me £85, about $170.

Yep, the paint damage is common... I have a few chips on the edges of my 570. Congrats, she is a beauty, even with the chips!

bridge seems to have very little wear :)

Is this correctly adjusted in terms of angle?

Is this rosewood? Its a lot lighter than the rosewood of my PRS. Want to clean it , as its filthy, but dont want to use Lemon Oil if its not rosewood!

Previous owner got bored and etched this into the paint!

All in, it seems to play very well. 7th fret seems slightly flattened, otherwise its a great change from my PRS SE.

Great guitar you got there. The tremolo is adjusted almost perfectly. If anything you can put just a little more tension on the springs and bring that bridge base plate so that it is perfectly level with the top of the body.

Yes the neck is rosewood. A little fine steel wool will clean that puppy up and polish the frets too then you can add what ever conditioner you like to the fret board.

Did it come with a tremolo arm? If not PM me. I can get a good deal on new ones.
