100 minutes. Where the Stefan Grossman Intro To Fingerpicking falls short, this DVD excells with lots of exercises/drills to learn how to keep a steady thumb and then pick out a melody on top. Fabulous DVD and heartily recommended. I'm using it now.
It starts out with a drone thumb on one string and then eventually works up to a steady thumb on alternate strings. He goes into Dropped D tuning too and all in all it's a good addition to one's DVD library.
