Help with a Strat

I am looking to purchase the Stratocaster about midway down this link. Can anyone tell me about how much this model is worth. It is in very good condition with I believe emg pickups. The plate on the neck joint is a hologram of what looks like a city skyline. Thanks for any info.

Update: I have identified the hologram as the cover of true Pink Floyd album "Animals"
